LIFE SKILLS WORKSHOPS

TRANSFORMING LIVES WITH LIFE SKILLS
Our courses are intended to develop personal growth, resiliency, critical thinking, and rehabilitation.
It is our hope to facilitate and encourage self-transformation.

Participants will take part in a 6-8
session course designed to equip them with the social and interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life.

WHAT WE DO

OUR COURSES & PROGRAMS
Our Life Skills Workshops are evidence-based and proven that if you desire personal change, you can achieve it if you put in the work. Each program will be designed specifically for the client(s).
We pride ourselves on client-centered results and the heart to support each client with the vast resources they need.
Building blocks for behavioral change is the basis for our workshops.

ANGER MANAGEMENT
For Youth and Adults
Participants will learn techniques and strategies which help manage emotions and aggressive behaviors in a productive way.

PARENTING
Group Classes
Parents of children and teens will gain practices/skills to better (enhance, build, strengthen) their daily relationship with family, deal with challenging behaviors, and improve family dynamics.

SHOPLIFTING
Group Classes for Youth
This course will examine the offense of taking another person's property without their consent and help participants to focus on the reasons a person shoplifts.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL
Group Classes
This course assists participants in understanding the dangers associated with continued drug use and alcohol. The participants will gain skills to encourage self-control.

REAL
COLORS
Workshops & Group Sessions
This course gives insight to personality traits and why others do or say things the way they do. This can improve communication and relationships, increase productivity, and reduce stress.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
For Medium to High Risk Offenders
Participants will explore why violence has been used in the past. They will learn and practice the skills necessary to cope with interpersonal problems in a nonviolent manner.
