Service Description

This course is intended to assist participants in recognizing (defining) what anger is and the triggers associated with anger. Participants will be exposed to techniques and strategies which help manage emotions and aggressive behaviors in a productive way. This class is for small groups of 6-10 participants, ages 18 and up. COST: $280 for Adults. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 50% of course cost is due at registration.
